Location: DFW Area — Job sites across Dallas / Fort Worth
Position Overview: We're looking for experienced, dependable professionals who can handle both painting and remodeling projects. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who can walk onto a job site and get it done right with minimal supervision.
Qualifications — You MUST have:
- 5+ Years Proven Experience in Painting and Remodeling
- Reliable Transportation to / from job sites around DFW
- Punctual & Detail-Oriented — Shows up on time, keeps a clean job site, obsessed with prep and finish work
- Interior / Exterior & Prep Work — Skilled in taping, masking, caulking, patching, sanding, priming, cutting in, rolling, texture application, and spraying
Additional Requirements:
- Comfortable on ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of drywall repair, trim work, and remodeling tasks
- Professional and respectful in customer homes
- Team player with good communication skills
Nice to Haves (not required, but a huge plus): Your own
- Basic hand tools and / or power tools
- Truck with ability to tow trailers / equipment
- Ladder(s)
Responsibilities:
- Interior / exterior painting of commercial / residential spaces
- Full prep work and drywall repairs
- Remodeling: trim / baseboards, carpentry, cabinet prep
- Protecting floors / furniture and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
- Collaborating with crew lead to complete jobs on schedule
